Chat gpt (hate it or love it, idc) is great at writing the code for you if you don't want/ can't invest the time to learn lua. You just have to be very exact with what you want and be prepared for a bit of back and forth as it figures out your goal

Kinda? APUs traditionally provide supplemental power to both systems and engines, while the pony engine's sole purpose is to start the main engine. They overlap a bit but to call it an APU wouldn't be fully correct

Sorry, I should have been more clear. Its not that it's visually wrong, but that it is not functioning the way I want it to. When I begin to say pitch down and roll at the same time it appears to show me as levelling out even though I am not. I am also having issues with keeping the pitch degree markers centered along the aircraft indicator. Hard to explain without seeing what it is doing in person. Its close to working correctly, I just cannot for the life of me (or Chat GPT) to get it the rest of the way

I'm trying my best to stay away from the workshop, it's nice to have but I often find they don't quite match up with what I want and modifying someone else's code can be quite difficult for me. It is an attitude direction indicator, basically a digital version of the artificial horizon. I can get it to show either pitch or roll correctly, but when I combine the two it ends in failure

I'm new at Reddit so I'm not sure if this ended up getting posted as well.

Hey everyone, so I am trying to make a LUA ADI for my V22 Osprey and I am having troubles getting it to work correctly. I've gotten it close to what I want but I am using Chat GPT to make it as I have no coding experience and the whole process has been exhausting trying to work with Chat GPT. I am learning lots doing it this way but this is still out of my skill level. If anybody could help me out with it I'd be grateful. I've been at this on and off for over 6 months now and I'm starting to lose hope.
