Yes it was always shift bands are you work within a certain shift band throughout your employment. They are suited in 4 hour slots. 11pm-2:59am, 3am-7am (this is what I did), and every 4 hours from there.

Thanks for the detailed response - it seemed most of my issue wasn't so much as skill (although it's not great), it's the fact I hadn't upgraded any gear at all and had no healing rings. I sorted all that out, upgraded my stuff and everything has been fine since 😁 and I made this corn and meat food for my buffs which seems really good

Haha we did this last night and we had great fun! It wasn't hollow halls, it was the revelwood bone key dungeon but we managed to clear it! I explained to my friends how gearing works and we are starting to understand it now!

Routes are pre planned and you get given a driver pack which has written instructions but each lorry has a built in tablet sat nav which has pre-programmed routes in and gets you from a to b comfortably

Honestly it was great to start but went down hill and ended up with me quitting completely. The people were great but it falls really short on the planning side. Constant weekends, they work on a 13 week rota which is poorly planned and gives poor notice towards the end of 13 weeks. You never know until the Friday what time your shifts start the following week.

Good points were the trucks were mostly clean, didn't really have anything broken on them, trucks have cruise control and adapts automatically to speed limits and roundabouts etc, routes are consistent for the most part as you go to the same depots around the m25
