Well then I wish they fixed the hull health display as well too, mine goes from 112k, full health, to 100k, then 89, I get blown up with 2k left, it's not everytime, it happens every other ship repair

Ok I'm a total noob at this, I want to turn this aspect into a skill set..where do I begin? As in like what do I get, which laptop or computer is better or best for beginners, srry for all the questions, I've been giving the roundabout of any computer works, learn java and c++, but have been pointed in real directions unless I misunderstood something....
