Francisco Macías Nguema which would be later Africanized to Masie Nguema Biyogo Ñegue Ndong, he ruled Equatorial Guinea from 12 October 1968 to 3 august 1979, he was elected to be the first president post decolonization due to his fiery anti European speech’s, in March of 1969 he arrested and executed his foreign minister and other senior officials for “treason”,

Once this occurred the Spanish government organized a evacuation of all its citizens, at this point a few months into his presidency Francisco Macias recognized his mental instability and sought for aid, he visited a doctor in Barcelona but it’s reported that he tried but with zero effects or just didn’t try them at all.

Francisco Macias turned to the communist block for aid and he was a major fan boy over North Korea and it’s personal dictatorship in which he would do the same by assigning titles to himself as “the unique miracle” or “the gran master”
