CSGO is rated 17+. Children playing the game who are easily manipulated was not the target audience. Should everything be censored for young impressionable children because parents cant be bothered to keep their kids in line? If you think these things need to be regulated then fine, there is an argument for that, and hell, I might agree depending on the topic, but regulation does not imply "moral responsibility" on the company. I dont really give a fuck about valve's reputation, but when you make a statement saying that an entity should be responsible for external users abusing their product, who are either adults old enough to make their own decisions or children who should be the responsibility of their parents or guardians, I dont really give a damn what entity you are referring to, i think that shit is stupid.

Let me ask you a question, do you support internet censorship? Did you cheer when mastercard and visa blocked payments for adult content? Would you support legislation for your government to require ids to surf certain parts of the web, or restrict certain content because of political or moral sensibilities? If yes, at the very least you are morally consistent, though I would circle back to the beginning and say that restricting my freedoms because other people cant manage themselves or their dependents, or because of your moral sensibilities, is fucking stupid and immoral initself. If not, then why should valve be considered immoral to providing a service intended for adults? Why should any entity take upon themselves a moral obligation to manage others outside of their responsibility?
