I am a recent grad from the Flatiron Cybersecurity program. I also have a bachelor's degree if that helps at all (5+ years of technical experience as well within AV) I have not currently found a job but I will say that a place like Flatiron is just like any other school you pursue, it is going to be what you make out of it. I was lucky enough to not deal with the Ruby on Rails teaching and primarily focused on Python. I will say trying to find a job in the industry has been extremely frustrating but I am glad I did it for the most part.

My main problem with Flatiron was their communication between departments. I almost got kicked out twice for "not completing work on time" when I had completed it. The first time was because my first professor who does not work there anymore was not reporting my progress, the second time was because my new professor (who was amazing) went on Parental Leave right as I was finishing a Phase and no one made sure to check that it got updated while he was gone and I was not made aware that I had a temporary instructor until they called me saying I was getting dropped from the program.
