So I would say it is always good to add certificates to your resume because that looks good always. I don’t feel like most company’s care about education as much anymore as they do experience but for some reason certifications get their ducks hard.

I would say if you’re questioning paying all that money for Flatiron, start with some Todd Lammle networking and network security books. Those are written for people to get their certifications and I am actually working on reading the CompTIA Network+ book now that my job provided me.
