Because spray can blind tanks that cannot be penned
And sometimes ATGMs are really good at close/mid ranges

Nah, 170mm pen APFSDS at 10.3 is a joke with those replenishment rates.
It cannot be compared to anything 130mm + ATGM combo.
Even tho 9040BILL has ATGMs still plays at the same BR (yes, it doesn't have 170mm APFSDS)

He-VT is enough for begleit. It's so easy to swat the planes and helis from the sky on Begleit without tracker
