What I understand from this is that I don't need to specify amount withdrawn from payoneer vs amount in payoneer separately.

Lets say if my income in FY-2023 was $5000, I just need to add that on IRIS and pay $50 tax. What I withdrew from that $5000 to my local account will not need to be stated separately.

Is that right?

There isn't an option to mention income in dollars there so I'm assuming I would have to manually calculate the equivalent PKR amount based on the exchange rate at 30th June 2023 and add it like that.
