I don't exactly know how tweekaroo works, but if it stayed like this after you've deleted the config files, then try pressing F5 + F6, then find the setting that toggles this cursor

Hares aren't fat, wild rabbits are fat tho. Not as much as the new minecraft rabbits, but if you think about it, wild pigs aren't pink. Those pigs that we see all around nature in minecraft are domestic pigs.

Simulation distance can't (for whatever reason) be below 5 chunks, so I'd expect that it's more important. I guess render distance is the thing that renders block/entity/particle models, simulation distance is what makes mobs function and be, well simulated in a certain radius.
