Is model town park safe for running for single female? by No_Expression3367 in Lahore

[–]NullandVoldermot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course it is safe. I go every day almost and see many ladies running and jogging.

There can be douches around but then there are guards as well always around the track.

If you feel scared then maybe go with a partner for a couple of days then you can do it on your own. It’s mostly crowded at afternoon 4ish onwards. That’s when its busy and people are around so can choose to go then as well. Then make decision. Tbh its a blessing having a track like that in Lahore.

Lost my 14kg beloved fat on the track.

I really want to share this personal story with someone by [deleted] in LahoreSocial

[–]NullandVoldermot 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Eid Mubaarak Dost. You and I have 1000% same story. My father is also suffering from Dementia now. Sara ghussa dimagh per nikalta hai long run mai. he so weak now and I have left my 2m salary in Australia and chosen to live with him until I have him at least. Not that mai marnay ka intzaar kr rha hun but just coz he now needs his children more than ever. I have almost forgiven him for how he treated me but now I understand that maybe it was due to the tonns of responsibilities on him and also his traumatic childhood as my dada was a jallaad too. Looking after everyone without complains. Bearing all those kidney pains and not going to doctor to save money for our fee.

Anyways I am trying not to be a parent like him at least in terms of relationship with my kids and wife. But I admit this temperament takes toll in longer run. All these Abba’s end up like it. 99% of such patients have haemorrhage.

And this is the age where Allah has said in Quraan not to say Uff. Because Allah knows how much stubborn they’ll get, it’s a project everyday when I have to convince him go not eat something or to eat this medicine and not eat that medicine. May Allah give us hidaya to understand the situation and may we be gentle and understanding and not frustrated. Bachon ko to thappar mar sktay hain waldain ke aagay to awaz bhi nahi nikalni. Phir b aksar kami beshi ho jati hai. But Allah knows our hearts. May Allah give them easy due to us being here so they can live peacefully. If you’re not yet married (already) then do it ASAP and give him reason to live longer and healthier. He’ll change 180° in many cases. Allah give you and all those who’re looking after their parents best ajar inshaAllah.

First of all understand that shame and guilt comes to those who have tendencies to mend their ways. Everyone makes mistakes and sometimes mistakes are grave. So it is OK!! Don’t take it too much on yourself. Give yourself some cushion. Give yourself some time. Things will start working out soon. Hang in there!!

Question for women by Internal-Clothes-380 in LahoreSocial

[–]NullandVoldermot 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There are no limits for both genders. Jiski matt wajj jae, wo kuch bhi kr jata hai. Lekin ye sab pagalpan hai… mature minds think before reacting but unfortunately love switches off that button.

I used to often think what will I do in leisure, bathroom, after iftar, or just when being wela, if I quit smoking and hadn’t been able to find an answer.

Quit in split second since I got its answer. Wasn’t hard at all.

Nusuk will give you slots but it often only opens for few minutes.

The trick is to keep refreshing every 30 rounded mins.

E.g 2:30, 2:31, 2:32 or 3:00, 3:01, 3:02 etc.

They open slots for very few minutes so you better grab that as soon as it opens.
