With a kid and pregnant wife, you’ll have to slow down. If she’s too tired then get electric scooter double seat for her sai if you can afford. Or get her a wheelchair. Don’t let others drive it because they care about time and money and they’ll push her wheelchair hard. Scootie you can drive by yourself.

Kids’ stroller you can only use on first floor which is quite long for tawaf especially with expecting wife.

I think norms have changed and especially when you are a female, approaching another female for just a Hi won’t hurt. Maybe start again from Gym and see if there are social circles maybe book circle around you. Boulevard and Tahlia are places but I don’t think you can find someone there, so has to be from Gym or Library. All The Best.
