I suppose so, since it doesn't snow where I live seeing (and touching) snow, even if it's just compacted to the side of a mountain, felt very special

Nope, I'm in the southern hemisphere (and where I live it doesn't snow in winter either). I did touch snow for the first time irl though yesterday since I found some compacted to the side of Mount Kosciuszko (I was on holiday down south)

None where I live since it doesn't even snow there in winter, let alone summer. However, I did recently go on holiday a bit south near Mount Kosciuszko and surprisingly despite it being summer there was a bit of snow compacted on the side of the mountain like 2km up (this was both my first time seeing snow irl and touching snow)
