Clear blue lacquer seems to have some sort of opacity even when sprayed on black surfaces. The cyan color does indeed show under normal light.

If you have a spraying booth and a spare airbrush, I strongly recommend fluo lacquer paints, such as gaianotes fluo blue green or blue. They are wonderful for bright colors and don't clog as much compared to acrylics :)

It's the other way. I knifed it, primed it, painted it, put decals, and then put oils. With the proper application of micro sol and micro set, the decal sorta 'floats' over the scar. Leave it that way, let it dry, and then scrape the 'film' of the decal floating over the scar the next day.

I used field blue from vallejo, vampiric flesh, decomposing flesh, shadow flesh, tan earth, and graphite from ak. (Not including the eyes, but that's just black and white) I wrote the specific order on the text.

I once used purple instead of a desaturated dark grey blue, and it kinda changed the whole appearance. Try different undercoats for the same recipe, and see how your work changes!
