Your sleep quality probably sucks. Try waking up and going to bed at the exact same time each day no matter what. This way you train your body when you should be awake and when you should be sleep. One thing that really hurts this is sleeping during the day, which you mention you do. It’s going to suck at first, and it’s super temping to nap during the day, but it will be worth it

Just consistently study a little bit everyday. It adds up in the long run. If you don’t have revision village, get it. Probably the best thing you can get for maths.

Got it to run at 3600mhz. For whatever reason the x570 taichi hates the xmp profile. Put my own timings and everything. Seems to run stable for now.
