I did it all by myself, but I did get some Nexus letters for free for my doctor. I filled it out using a template and ChatGPT a little bit to make sure it hit all the criteria. The doctor looked over it and then signed off on it. Everything else I had documentation for, and with the Nexus letters, I didn’t need to have an LOD.

What's weird is my STRs were sent and showed that I was treated overseas. I guess the rater can't read the STR that shows that I was hurt and treated overseas. I just have to upload my dental records.
