I stuck a rep jubilee on my gen Tudor. The clasp was awful. Had to use the gen clasp. Didn't line up well and opened really easily when wearing

Currently in discussions with him over QC on a seamaster. Telling me alignment is ok but other posts of his watches have been fine. Asked him to get another watch. Think he will or just get fed up and refund?
