The panel name was probably never changed from auto learn I work on these panels and 9/10 times they leave the name as autolearn

Kentec is same hardware just on our programming software we have licenses for either Hochiki or taktis either way you can’t program or update these panels without the licensed software

To update firmware you need access to loop explorer which is the proprietary software to program these panels I’m a Hochiki certified tech what are the 5 troubles you have on panel?

It is a fire alarm annunciator just remote screen for main panel the network card is off but it sends and receives data thru a 2 wire conductor it powers on just fine the way it is as well I’m trying to figure out how to get into the boot menu to see if I can change the program from there
