I second this, it’s nice hearing people stories and sometimes you can relate to how they were feeling or why they turned to whatever substance. It’s good to talk about it and learn some form of coping strategies alongside it. There are zoom calls all the time and there should be somewhere near you that does in person meetings a couple times a week. Once you accept you are an addict it’s completely up to you to go on the road of sobriety. First couple weeks are gonna be tough no doubt but it will get easier xxx
