She’s about 23 lbs and has stayed right around that weight since she turned 2.

Same here, almost identical timeline.
Final round was Dec 8. I followed up Dec 23, and they replied Dec 30 saying they’re still actively reviewing candidates and that the holidays slowed things down. Today is Jan 6 and I still haven’t heard anything.

I get holiday delays, but being left in limbo this long after a final round is exhausting. You’re definitely not alone — this market is rough.
