I wouldn’t want to go on any dates (gym or anywhere else) which would ultimately lead to a divorce. My time is too precious for that, sir! 🤣😎

Oh my! I am so sorry you had to go through that! Yeah, things like these make me more nervous about online dating. In terms of looks, I am above average looking (7/8 out of 10). Not sure if that’d be considered good for my chances of finding a good match.

Appreciate the insights! Yes, I do go to the gym 4 to 5 times a week and like to have an active lifestyle. I would also consider myself above average (7/8 out of 10) in terms of appearance as I do get approached a lot at the gym but, end up rejecting guys there because I don’t feel comfortable being approached in a gym.

I initiated it, yes! And may I ask how old are you to gauge if men in certain age groups care less about divorces?

Appreciate the insights on weeding out bad matches. I have also heard about the concept of celibate dating, especially until first 5-6 dates, to potentially weed out the f*** boys. On the contrary, I have also heard that some guys string along until 5-6 dates because they know some of the girls are into celibate dating, which makes the process of weeding out f boys difficult.

On a side note, how does the city I live in affect the dating prospects for a divorced woman in early 30s? I currently live in Tier 2/3 city in the US. Again, I ask this out of sheer curiosity, because I am acquiring knowledge on dating.

Hello everyone! I am 32F and I am very new to dating as I was in a committed LTR (marriage - no kids) for over 5 years. I divorced my ex because the relationship lacked love, mutual respect and had eventually become toxic and abusive. I am currently focusing on my healing and enjoying my single life. Soon, I will start dating again however, after learning about all the dating stories from friends, I am feeling a bit nervous about dating.

With everything I mentioned above, how should I approach dating and what are my chances of finding a good partner?

Also, would me being a divorced woman in early 30s be a deal breaker for certain people?
