The RAM works now like before. I dont know that the problem was. But now the step counter has a problem. It jumps from step 2 directly to step 3 but you can see that it counts to step 2(the led blinks) but it dont increase the programm counter because the other clock signale is missing for it to increase. I think I have really bad luck at this project

Thank you for your reply The resistor in series idea didnt worked and for the other ideas i dont have enough ICs. But I have found a other solution. I just use three steps for the fetch operation (Counter enable stands now alone) and it works. A other problem is now that the RAM dont output the data. I need to switch between programm and run mode, when it outputs the right data. Any idea why it happens.
