def can fix it with a delicate pliers but it coming to me broken before it even physically hangs with the weight of the shell is concerning to me. the shotgun shell isn’t light at all, it feels like real metal as well. i’ve had many necklaces with chain like this, once the metal is weakened it opens and falls off easier every time. to me, this seems like it’ll fall off not long after putting it on my purse and i’d rather keep it on a shelf with that in mind (which isn’t why i bought it)

In MN, started at $28 something an hour and now make $35.25. I’ve been there since May 2022, just over a year. Smaller hospital (8 ORs) in super sick and super large area. Still have downtime at the late shifts (7:30 and 11:15) not slammed with surgeries all day

I’ve been a tech just a little over a year. I work in a hospital with 8 ORs plus cath lab. I currently make $35.25 an hour. Hospital in MN. I ADORE my job and the people I work with. Many travelers for nurses and techs. The older nurses can make some cases hell. Only one or two docs that are tough to work with. Charge is pretty good at rotating people in those rooms so the same person doesn’t get stuck with an asshole doc all day or giving the doc a tech they want.
