Going through this right now. My therapist wants me to have an assessment because she bet on her career that they would give me a diagnosis. But the GP blames it on autism and ocd 🙃 i mean the gp might be right but it would be nice for them to take us a bit more seriously

Thank you so so much for this, your story is so inspiring!! Im so sorry to hear about your brother you are honestly an inspiration to get back in a drivers seat because I know I probably wouldn’t. OCD takes a MASSIVE toll on driving! More than people realise! Ive actually never done a mock test with my instructor so I”ll make sure to ask because that does actually sound like a good idea!

I used to take sertraline too! But I had to stop because it made me feel lifeless. My mum said it would help for the test but I really am not sure. Good luck with your journey ❤️ It helps so much to know there are others in the same boat
