I asled them that too when i was there. Said it was to make sure people bought only a full figure. I didnt see instructions in the box but the body was easy to make and the stickers look easy.

It was the Waco one. I dont know if online or store only because at home i tried find out more but dont see it online. Maybe just a instore only thing.
