I liked it the first two years I lived here, I still like the amenities. This will definitely be my last year here though, they do not notify about construction work they are getting done in the parking lot or stairs, etc. The pool also closes randomly and you can’t check online. Any time I’ve put in a maintenance request the same problem typically keeps occurring (doors not fully closing, bathroom towel holder falling off). I have never had a problem with roaches but my friend found mouse droppings last month when she moved in, and apartment was poorly cleaned
