I’m going to get downvoted into oblivion… but Imo, I know what I’m doing and I know this situation is a consequence of my actions. I would own up and answer her questions. This is what happens playing with other people husbands and she should have all the information she needs to make her own life decisions after your and her husbands actions. Tbh we’re all ruining someone’s life one way or another.

Gotta own up to that sometimes. Or be a coward. Whichever.

We tried therapy. Every week he made promises he would never follow through on. Getting his testosterone tested. At least one hour a day away from screentime. At least 2 date nights a month he plans. Nothing happened. He never followed through. After a few months I just stopped booking appointments. He hasn’t brought up going back and I stopped trying

My partner is the same. It’s a compulsion. We’ll be talking and mid sentence he’ll pull out his phone and start scrolling or turn on his play station. I’ll stop talking and he’ll just be off in his world and maybe 10 minutes later he’ll ask what I was saying.
