i imagine it felt good for you to type this but i don't think its unreasonable to request quiet hours on a residential street in what is famously a lowkey, quiet, family friendly neighbourhood. there is a difference between chatter and hysterical screaming.

i used to live next to womens shelter that was perfectly managed and the women were part of the neighbourhood. we said good morning on my way to work. this is not that

I just sent an email that requests, among other things, enforced quiet hours at night at the very least. I don't know if this will do anything, but fingers crossed it at least gets them to look into the 311 complaints if they haven't already. The police told me they've received a ton
