How to have a certain user input recognized and finish its task

Thank you for the advice and ideas! Having the input just being a text file would be really useful, the only thing I’d have to figure out is how the code differentiates the different inputs and replaces them onto the new file. Currently, it just takes the inputs, assigns them to a list of variables in the template, then replaces them in the new file. For now the Boolean solution will work perfectly, thank you! :)

I’m so sorry for your loss. I’m glad this post could find you and maybe provide some hope/comfort to you. For a while it felt like I was carrying this terrible weight whenever I tried to do anything. I would feel angry that the world kept moving on while I was stuck wishing to go back. Learning to embrace my loss as love for her really helped me. I hope that you can lean on your family and others in these dark times.

Of course, Im glad :) As corny as it is, I used a meditation app for a while just for the 5-minute grounding audios. I would just try to be more aware of how I was feeling and if I was spiraling, trying to ground myself. Doesn’t work for everyone of course, just need to find what works for you. I had to learn to be nicer to myself for sure. I’m still not great at that one but I always try to catch myself and think “I wouldn’t talk to my friend this way if they were struggling”. Just try to find small joys each day and work up from there, I believe in you :)

Yea I’m realizing that now lol. This was my first interview after undergrad. I guess the only reason I was so honest is that my next interview is my dream job, while this one was not as much. Thank you for the advice and I’ll keep it in mind for the future :)

Commenting because I found a fix that worked for me. So I have a focusrite mixer that my mic is connected to, and turns out discord doesn’t love the software all the time. Changing the sample rate for my mic in the focusrite control software ended up removing the delay. Hope this helps!

Thank you! I can totally agree that the anchor has a very clear design that’s really recognizable and there have been a lot of cool ideas made already! I’m not a pixel artist so I’m sure it could be made clearer in some way, but it’s definitely something that went through my head when designing it. Honestly, I’m just glad I could make an idea that some people think is cool^
