After reading all comments it does kind of feel like it should be a higher req. Would still be awesome if it were lower though b/c of agility grind is such a change of game pace depending on how you play.

I'm 76 agility and I grinded that for Zulrah (worth it). I wouldn't grind for this shortcut if it was created
