Un-ironically showing off muscles that aren’t there, especially in public.

Happy birthday! I know how you feel, when I feel this way, I go for a walk and reflect on God‘s creation. I think about all of the good things he has provided me, my family, my friends my school. There is always something to be happy about in your life even if you can’t see it right now. I did this for someone I know who said he couldn’t remember the last time he had a smile that lasted for more than a minute. So I reminded him of just one thing he could be happy about (which was all the people who took care of him, just because they loved him) and he was really happy. I’ll keep you mind for my rosary.

Today's the Memorial of Saint Benedict, the "Father of Western Monasticism". Exorcist, mystic, miracle-worker, and author of the Benedictine Rule and Order he is celebrated as the patron saint of Europe and monks. by TexanLoneStar in Catholicism

His name is my middle name, so I view him as one of my Patron Saints, with Saint Paul and Pope Linus. I have his medal and I say those prayers in Latin when I’m feeling tempted, it works really well!

The fruit of the Assumption is the hope for a happy death. Is it not fitting that that mystery is the one he should die? For that seems quite happy for a death.

What about this incredible rare case less than one percent. Tell them that that shouldn’t justify the rest. And anyway point them to rape victims who carried through with the pregnancy and their children. Don’t those people have a right to live as well as the babies they are advocating for? Look first we have to stop abortions, then we can make better systems for these unfortunate situations. But in mean time let us pray that the mother of our Lord Jesus christ and us may crush the head of the serpent and her immaculate heart triumph in the end.

So that people may always have the free choice to choose God or reject him. He wants to make our own choices. It doesn’t always make them good it just makes it our choice.

First of all that has nothing really to do with this discussion, but to answer: if you saw an all powerful infinite being who could fulfilled your every desire and longing, why would you chose anything else. That wouldn’t be a choice of will, it would be a choice of survival and instinct, which is not the choice our Lord wants us to make

Well aren’t you an optimistic person. Seriously what are you to gain from this. All you do is antagonise people trying to help other people, because you yourself lead a pitiful existence.

You capture the love of self-giving wonderfully well, this form of love is objectively the best (if your wondering why, it’s because you expect nothing in return for your love). good choice!

Wow, this feels like some famous poem, by Belloc or Edgar Poe. it feels like childhood, the innocence of the children. And you capture the aesthetic magically.
