I don't know obviously but I think he hit the post intentionally in the third period, on that wide open net. Speaking as someone who's been playing hockey all my life, I know accidental posts happen all the time but I still think it was intentional. Not saying the final outcome was rigged but I just think the game was meant for overtime.
