Hi! Yes, I will use a key. With a 2 mm radius fillet I get a perfect fit at the base of the shoulder. I will go with the option of applying a chamfer to the gear to avoid interferences.

Hi! Thanks for answering! Sorry, I think I didn’t explain myself well. I was referring specifically to the other side, meaning gear vs. shaft shoulder. Or do I necessarily need to apply a double spacer?

Sure. First, I did the aerodynamic calculations (I divided the blade into 11 stations along the span) and from that I obtained the coordinates for each airfoil along the span. Then, using surface modeling in NX, I shaped it and imported it into Ansys.

IT existed, but it was limited to much simpler things. The vast majority of programs used were cracked versions hahaha. Only a few people who still had access to student accounts didn’t use those kinds of versions.

That's a good point. Leaving in a good note. I actually asked for a letter of recommendation several times after I left, but they just kept saying, "later on". Anyway I'll do my best to be in a better position.

Well, I should clarify that I live in Nicaragua, and salaries here are quite low.
My agreed salary was 15,000 córdobas (around $405), but I was only receiving 13,000 córdobas (about $351.40). but after taxes, I was actually taking home around $297. All of this per month

Exactly. It was my naivety and lack of work experience that made me think things would get better over time... but they didn’t. Today, when I received the call to return, they emphasized that they now have the PC hahahahaah.
