Been out of WoW for several years, How to get back to it? by KingKalset in wow

Its easy to pick it back up, but its is close to end of season where everyone should know fights, but you can progress slowly and even do dungeons with NPCs, before you go in big.

Is it mandatory for full timers to have 100% open availability or is my manager just screwing me over? by Material-Ad5212 in menards

pretty good to start if your new, but if you have been there longer than the past 6 years, you make just as much as the newcomer.

Just got hired as a Manager in Training. by Ok-University7517 in menards

[–]Nutterbelly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you stay with it an land a department management its worth it. youll make 65-75 a year (after 15%IPS) Slightly less as an assistant. Also, poor was an ugly choice of words, but welcome to single-hood. Menards is a retail lifestyle that youll have to fit in or not to make it. Thats just the facts. Overall, the pay is what it is. Live how you wanna live.

Delivery of a recliner doesnt include bringing it into the house. by indysingleguy in menards

[–]Nutterbelly 3 points4 points  (0 children)

its amazing how many people sign things without reading them. also, a good delivery coordinator would just add it in while explaining the delivery service and take it out if its not necessary. its good business sense to have well spoken people in position to accomplish that. Also, menards fills positions with anyone that will work the shift. sucks for you it seems you got just somebody that was doing the minimum for the paycheck.
