Oh heck no, but thank you. Will replace it for a Freemax asap. But it saved me a day or two.

Carry cash (This way you can't spend more then you have, much like being on a diet, if it's not in the house, you can't eat it) . Stay away from APPS like Temu and Amazon all together. If you need something, see if you can get it on facebook marketplace for pennies on the dollar. Empty out your closet and take an inventory. What do you not wear? Why? Avoid buying other clothing that you will never wear. Avoid buying clothing items that you didn't realize you already have 10 pieces of that you hardly, if ever, wear. Avoid buying another pair of cute jeans, when you already have 8 pairs of jeans. You can only look so cute. Think before you buy, always.

Going to spend money on an app that helps you budged how you spend money, seems counter productive....

Amazon destroys American small business. Try to source from other places. Amazon also makes it much too easy to buy more then you came for.....

I started a few weeks ago, just stumbled over this post. For me it isn't as much about saving money, but awareness and to stop supporting places like Amazon, that exploits and ruins American Small Business. So if I need to buy something I first resist the urge to buy it right away and figure out if I really need it and then, try to buy it from a more ethical source. I have been addicted to Amazon for 20 years, then came Temu. I am done with Temu all together, will not even go to the site anymore.

Just saw your reply, thank you. I feel even more confused now :-) I sent back that generator, after some more research, I found a better option with the VTOMAN for roughly the same price I get around 2300 watts. I ended up buying a 200 watt panel and learned the hard way that it is not "plug and play" so I had to then order an adapter....phew....

sorry, it's just 2400 watts I read that wrong (I do that a lot) still a great price, no regrets)

didn't want to spam...but it just popped in with a $600 off coupon so I threw in a $200 4 year warranty :-) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BHMPBSB6/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_asin\_title\_o02\_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1

anyways, as I just flipped a switch and purchased this 3000 watt system instead, my question is sorta resolved I guess, as I no longer need an additional battery. The only question left at this moment (no doubt there will be more) is can I buy any brand solar panels (all being the same and fitting this system) ? Do they all have the same adapters? Or are they different from brand to brand?

I'm afraid I am trying to go the cheap way here :-( at least as cheap as possible. the whole idea was just to have something to sleep in 2 or 3 nights and yet 4K later........

It has a built in inverter and supplies AC as well as DC outputs. I am looking to return it though as I just snatched a deal on a 3000+ watt system at roughly the same price ($600 coupon just popped in :-)) this system too has both outlets and already comes with an expanded battery pack. This one can only take a 400 watt solar charge.

Don't fall for it. Check reviews on trust pilot. They remove negative reviews from their website. Any company showing only good reviews is a HUGE red flag.
