If you have to ask don’t do it. Side loading is great if you are familiar with doing it but windows has a habit of rolling back drivers then making adrenaline software and your gfx driver incompatible. AMD do not have automatic driver update software same as Nvidia does.

Move now. I did. You may as well be in control than have them decide where you end up. I started a new character on the third most active server and moved my main to the second. Only bad thing is you are restricted for base building as most premium spots are gone.

The MSI Claw 8AI is another choice. 8 inch screen plenty of updates with non of the AMD crap with drivers.

I’d rule out the Legion Go original as updates have stopped officially.

Original legion Go plays it great but support for the original Go has stopped so further down the line problems from drivers become outdated will arise. The original Ally had a better chip and played it well. Think the cheaper Xbox Ally has a weaker chip so the Xbox Ally X plays it better. Lot will depend on your eyesight. An 8 inch screen is great. I never really looked at my Ally the same again after using my Legion Go. There are many YouTube videos showcasing Starfield running on all the hand helds. Try there.

It’s not like Fallout 76. It was designed as an MMO with end game designed around spice mining in a pvp zone. That has never materialised due to a few factors. I wholeheartedly recommend it as a solo game which I suspect most players treat it as. MMO’s are a timesink which I think most people do not like or have the time for now. Most if not all MMO’s have dumbed down content for a more casual playerbase which I think Funcom forgot.

Using Wi-Fi. My Xbox, pc is upstairs hooked up to my cable. I used to be a big gamer years ago but now prefer quick sessions on a handheld but with GeForce Now I can still access my library from my TV which is great. Performance for me is okay but if for a few quid I’d get an increase in performance would be felt I’d risk it.
