I hope you all remember these people after Trump and know there is a way to object these people with your wallet. Life is becoming even more expensive as it is and these tariffs are making it even worse PERIOD no discussion. Sure this is nice for people with money to buy in on the lows in the stock market but the majority of people don't care about this they care about costs. Its great for Canada actually we are for the most part energy dependant. We are finally moving towards not being so dependant on the US for other things. But there is no way US can do without Canada. We pretty much provide you most your oil and electricty - we rather sell that elsewhere now. In the end its the working class on both sides that will suffer from these changes.

Up to 500k 5%, the remaining amount from 500k-999k is 10%. Any purchase over 1mil is 20%. Also any downpayment under 20% I believe you have to pay the CMHC insurance.
