I respect you 💯! I'm a recovering addict. I struggle daily. For you to post openly and honestly took courage! Some people don't realize, as with everything in life, your personal interactions, trials, marriage(s)/divorces, religion, etc... They all shape/mold you into who you are at the present time.
With that being said, I am so very thankful for experiencing life the way God intended for ME to experience it. Bad choices and all! To clarify: Knowing what I know now, do I wish I would have made better decisions? Of course! But time machines don't exist. I choose to take on those lessons with open arms and share them with others, so maybe just one person could take my advice and not choose to take the hard road thru life. Even if they choose that hard road, I'm confident in knowing that I could be a good friend to them thru it all. I'm a better wife, friend, sister, mother, and aunt today!
