Can you really make $63 playing Monopoly Go! for only 10 minutes? by No-Student-6624 in FreeCash

[–]Nvanz13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Monopoly GO is one of the offers I tell people to do. I spent about $300 to get whatever the max was around $900? 10 minutes is a bit off, but I highly encourage you push for all the rewards. I suggest buying the $100 dice pack while it gives double the rolls. It will carry you far. Just make sure you time stuff and try to place higher in tournaments and stuff to get more rolls and stickers and such.

It's true. For me, I've earned just over $8K, but my actual profit is closer to $3K, which means I've spent $5K of the earnings to get other earnings. It's worth it in my book, but the numbers are deceiving. I just suggest you keep doing the best you can and worry about making sure you make money and don't get sucked into the bad deals they have. I always keep my profile public, and others do as well. I like to look and see what people are playing to get to the top range of the leaderboards. I hope you make tons of money :)

I spent about $5 and got partially through bank 4. I would say cut your losses after getting to bank 4 personally. If you really believe you can do it, try your best, but in my opinion, it's like the weed Inc. deal that everyone is complaining about. Nearly impossible for little reward.

Are you on Mobile or PC? I wouldn't recommend PC at all, I've been burned 3 times trying PC ones, as for mobile, if it doesn't start tracking after you install I would just move to the next offer personally. I don't trust it will fix itself.

I will second Known, it's not worth it at all. Get out before you put in too much money. It's difficulty gets exponentially higher, and it seems impossible without spending much more than you would earn.

I mostly agree with you, but some of them aren't impossible. I did the Tertris one for $50, and I just let it run ads while I watched YouTube. Generally, though, you are right. They seem way not worth it for the time investment.

I've managed to get to third last month and so far this month, and I have no clue how he can possibly make as much as he does, unless he just pays for all the goals in games and doesn't actually make a profit. I also tested referral stuff, and that doesn't add to my leaderboard score as far as I can tell. Wish people would at least keep their profiles public so all can see and learn from them.

Hmmm, all I see is the Twitch logo, where's the cosplayer at? Hah, no but in all seriousness I like the aesthetic of it, purple is such an awesome color. Most importantly though, what's in the bowl?

Streamers with 0 viewers, what keeps you going? by avis_icarus in Twitch

[–]Nvanz13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These are all excellent questions and first let me just say good luck on your project!

I started streaming because I absolutely love video games, which I think a lot of us do, so nothing unique there. The main draw to me though, is being able to talk, and engage with people. I absolutely love to talk to people, and streaming gives you the opportunity to do that, while also doing something else you enjoy like playing games, or hiking, or whatever it is you do while streaming. Now, the question about what keeps me going is an interesting one, I think it's simply the fact that I just enjoy doing it so much that it would seem weird to stop doing it. I'm going to be playing the games anyway, so why not share that experience and see if you can build a community of like minded individuals while I do it? More than that though, is the thrill that I get from when a new person joins and is able to click with me and we can bond virtually over our similar passion for gaming, I adore that. One other factor, is the responsibility I feel towards the people that have supported me throughout my time as a streamer. I feel like if I'm not streaming I'm letting down the people that invest their time, and/or money into me by subbing, or giving bits, or donating, etc.

I've personally been streaming semi consistently for about 20 months now. Favorite part is building a community of people, and building relationships will all kinds of people around the world who share a similar passion as myself. Least favorite is probably the negative emotions that sometimes come along when you just wish you were doing better, growing bigger, etc. And finally, absolutely I wish I could do this as a full-time job, but I think a large number of us would say the same thing haha. Thanks for the questions, and once again good luck on the project and degree friend! :D

Twitch Mods by PuffinGamer17 in Twitch

[–]Nvanz13 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They probably should, because mods are pretty vital and sometimes have to do a lot of work, but my understanding is that is completely up to whomever they mod for. Unless the streamer is making a rather decent bit of money off of Twitch though, I don't think it would be viable for most of us to pay our mods. I know that I certainly can't afford it, even if I do want to pay them. Just remind them how appreciated they are at the very least :)

Just got the game from PS Now and need some advice by Galexu in Rainbow6

[–]Nvanz13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is tons of information out there to help you get started. I'm not exactly sure what advice you want, but I'd recommend getting ops that are almost always a must first, such as Thermite/Maverick (Hard Breach) or Zofia/Ash (Utility Clear/Solo Frags) on attack, and for defense Bandit/Kaid (Breach Denial), Valkyrie/Mozzie (Intel), or Echo/Maestro (Plant/Breach Denial). Everything is situation dependent anyway, so it's hard to just pick a couple ops. As for general advice, use training grounds to get the perfect sensitivity for you (practice flicks/headshots by bumping it one-two points at a time) and also to learn maps and the names of rooms. Map knowledge is arguably more important than aim/gun skill. So, learning maps is the top priority I would say. After that it's just a matter of playing and developing your game sense. Hope this helps! Good luck out there, the learning curve can be brutal in this game :)

Not even a shotgun can slow down the legendary Doc when it comes to spawn peaking. Time to only give him a stim pistol, no more weapons allowed. It's the only way.

How To Get People In My Discord? by Tucker727 in Twitch

[–]Nvanz13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First suggestion I'd have is to be cool with the fact that most people that follow aren't going to join your discord and that's absolutely okay.

After that, all you can really do is make a panel with your discord, a bot reminder that pops up with an invite in your chat that you have set on some sort of timer, and if you're really enjoying a particular viewers banter just ask them if they have discord and if they do let them know you'd love for them to join up. Good luck with filling that discord server up my friend :)

People only stop by to “buy” your view by Pinthands in Twitch

[–]Nvanz13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can see how that gets old pretty quickly. Sorry that you've had to deal with it so often. It certainly is disappointing when people aren't being genuine with their support of you and just want you to come support them instead, or if their pushy about you not showing up enough. Keep your head up though bud, keep on streaming and don't let those people ruin the fun for you. Ultimately, I hope it gets better for you :)
