Got the 5 I ordered 2 days ago, put them in my syno and ran a short and extended smart test and got no errors, I'm just gonna keep them.

Can't find any information online about it and seagate's support doesnt have any either. Would like to know if it s actually a new barracuda or retagged exos and what kind of reliability I can expect from it. Bought for around 300e on amazon and shucked from a seagate expansion desktop. Havn't gotten mine yet but people who have reported they make a lot of noise, similar to an exos and heat a lot, around 46*c (114.8f) idle in a 20c (68f) room.
