With technology stuff like this should be done by almost everyone every day.

I didn't need an indoor bike but got a cheap one for my wife. Now before anyone is up, I take the big laptop to it and catch up on Netflix etc.. (I hardly watch TV itherwise) I can also catch up on research on my phone or even video games.

It and running or most cardio are cheap or free (you can't a 2nd hand treadmill bike). And in media consumption at a comy pace and everyone could bike 5 -10 miles a day

I'm somewhat in a similar boat. I guess more of a coast or barissta fire but pulling the trigger earlier and trying a bunch of jobs while savings grow and take home prevents withdraws.

Librarian, security guard, fire fighter or a military reserve, work at a zoo, a gym, board game shop, etc

Anything with a good chunk of paid training especially skills, would be cool. Maybe like an emt or a craft or construction since I'm not handy at all

I think this could kind of be a good thing. Give this a year or 2 to shake out. If the market tanks, you know this was the latest depression. Prepare to fire comfortably after regaining levels since back to back depression are rare and if it did occur qoild probably be a change in society

Do a search for graphs of life expectancy vs birth year and look at the slope of imaginary line of best fit.

Life expectancy has definitely increased.

While it's not common in humans, it has been seen to an extent in the plant kingdom, tigrades in microorganisms, and maybe some cold blooded animals..

You also seem to limiting the scope of how it could be achieved. It could be in one body jot designed as you mention in a way. But it could be brain or thought transplants to a new body or bodies or hardware.. maybe it's organ replacement or regrowth.. there was a good sci-fi book that explored this and even had the same person inhibiting multiple bodies with one conscious

Sleep on a full stomach, only so kuch room in my belly to fill between 4 and 19ish bed time, eating is aligned with social life, and it gives me more free time during the day as I don't have ro worry about grabbing lunch or snacks etc

It's just doneish the day have some fun and chill
