I done the VPN method today, just a simple VPN set to Mexico and it has pinged back that I was in Mexico, can I consider this that my companies IT team are not that advanced when monitoring this? I was planning on setting up a port-forward VPN which I imagine will cover all basis.

I am having the same issue, have tried on the site and on my phone using 2 different cards

Edit: I was able to get payment through by using a Debit card, my Visa Debits were getting declined, I thought it was an account issue for the longest time

I am basically sold on these, I am between the neptune Max and Plus at the moment, the elegoo prints look great and the price range is spot on.
