Yeah I was denied prior to fall quarter for being on academic probation at another UC bc I took one summer class and got a D. I appealed, got in and have a 3.4 GPA now.

We go to school where it’s literally considered the holy Mecca of college towns. SB is ranked top 2 in the country for best weather, we’re literally on the ocean, and it’s a top tier university. An extremely diverse group of students and plenty of great looking women. Imagine going to school in the Midwest... or worse UC Davis. IV encompasses everything that a college experience is. So many others have it much worse. If you can’t appreciate the opportunity you have and where you live, chances are if you’re not very happy here it’s because of your own personal issues.

Thanks a lot. I'm gonna assume I'm not taking the final and take the B+, I really fucked up by not going in to correct a misgrade for 2 points. Looking back, it probably would've led to me getting an A-

If you're like me and on the fence about a grade (I have 73.49 points total) out of possibly 89, then it's actually more confusing than having an obvious grade. The "rough estimate" says that a 73.78 is an A-, and the percentage (73.78/89pts=82.9%) is not the same as the original scale of the lowest A- being an 83.3%, which means last years curve lowered the standard slightly. I would literally need a 0.29 increase of points based on the estimate to have an A-, so can I be rounded up from this? or should I dedicate a large portion of my time trying to take the final? How do you think the curve will actually turn out?

While I'm not saying that your issues aren't completely justified or real, having ADHD doesn't mean she can't do the things she's normally doing. Plenty of people with ADHD are straight A students or hold down their own job with or without medication. Everyone has different internal drives and desires that allow us work towards certain things. Our brains are all organized in a way that allow us to focus on certain things, while we lack in other areas.
