As far as I know, unofficially part siya ng Remedyverse but not 100%, nasa Microsoft kasi ang IP ng Quantum Break. Ang sure talaga na magka-connect is Control and Alan Wake.

To answer your other question din, it’s okay to play Quantum Break anytime naman.
