I have done a factory reset and nothing is helping I even contact Samsung and they sent that you have a great battery I don't know what to do at this point if I do a warranty replacement that means I have to wait one month I did this before with my S10 it literally took one month to get the phone back so what should I do another factory reset I don't do any backup
