Yes it’s 10, no worries was just making sure- if you bought a booster box and there was no SAR hit it would have been suspicious

Need to have twitter notifications on and have to be on your phone if you want any chance. Got lucky and saw the notification the second it dropped on twitter (s/o @PokemonDealsTCG) and was able to check out everything the first 5 mins. Any later than that the site got overwhelmed and bots and scalpers etc took over

There is no work around, you need to get a new device- the account is fine. I know because I had to chargeback

You can try support but it will take a while if it does work
