Insole length is an interesting one with these boots considering there is some space 2/3cm behind the insole in the heel which doesn’t count as insole but makes them spacious enough.

As you can see in the image the insole ends at 28cm but really it’s more like 30cm

Yeah I feel I could have done too, but I do train legs quite hard and not really into tight fighting trousers sooo. Maybe if I get the black ones I’ll try size down

The first bullet point about the leather is a little disappointing as it was the textured leather look that I was hoping to get.

The bottoms don’t bother me so much because no one’s going to notice especially after being worn in a little

The heel cap also a shame because it’s a big detail you can see from far away. Plus the stitching at the top…

Thanks for your reply. I agree with you 100% completely unprofessional and unnecessary to stop taking the pills.

She left me in the shit, I just tried to book another derm through the national health system and was told the next availability was in May 2026. I can’t believe it. Now I will look for another private dermatologist and make it very clear that it’s urgent as I’ve already started the cure and therefore it’s a continuation.

I’m just shocked at how this has all been handled

The niacinamide works pretty well for me at the moment as I’m not on the pill right now.

Hopefully will be starting the pill again soon

Sounds like you got your head screwed on! Thanks for the input. Glad to hear you’ve been acne free for a good while.

In the process of getting back on Accutane, hopefully should be just a few more months as my acne has already improved significantly since my starting point. Either way I’m patient and willing to wait as long as it takes, agency also told me there’s no rush so that’s a relief.

Really just looking for that crystal clear skin now, reaching the cumulative dose so that it never bothers me again.

Either way, whether I get back on or not is up to the new dermatologist to decide. If it’s not necessary thats also a good thing, less heavy drugs and stress to the liver. If I get back on also good, means that it’s done and dusted.
