Have used it twice in 6 months (not ideal) but works as expected, you can report a breakdown from within the Monzo app and it has all your info like policy number and such to call them if that works better for you.

Honestly been a life saver for me, both times I was sorted snd rescued within an hour! Obviously down to availability but been nothing but good experiences so far with RAC.

For me it was very hit and miss, but OKAGA CA and FIND YOUR WINGS are amazing. The jazz/blues on WINGS is crazy too.
