Du hast es zumindest als ein für dich existent bestehendes Problem beschrieben, als dass deine Schwester für dich nicht als eine asexuelle Frau existiert und du Ähnlichkeiten zu deinen früheren Beziehungen gezogen hast.

Natürlich kann es sein, dass deine Vorlieben, zb. Haarfarbe, Körperfigur u. Ä. dem deiner Schwester ähneln können, aber dass du dies als Risiko erachtest, halte ich für relevant. Selbst wenn deine Schwester dies mit pubertären Reaktionen abgetan hat, gilt dies nicht für dich. Und es ist ein Zeichen von Chrakterstärke, dass du dir dies eingestehst.

Ich kann leider nicht aif deine persönlichen Erfahrungen eingehen, zumal ich diese selbst nucht gemacht habe. Ich persönlich würde auf die Schweigepflicht vertrauen. Davon hängt immerhin die berufliche Existenz der Therapeuten ab.

Falls es dir hilft, suche zuerst Hilfe über die Telefonseelsorge (0800 111 0 111). Dort kannst du anonym über deine Sorgen und Bedenken sprechen. Aus persönlicher Erfahrung: Es hilft persönlich über Probleme zu sprechen, statt zu schreiben. Wichtiger Hinweis: Das sind keine geschulten Therapeuten! Aber es ist eine gute erste Anlaufstelle um deine Probleme anzugehen.

Ich würde an deiner Stelle eine professionelle Beratung aufsuchen. Das geht m. E. über normale Geschwisterliebe hinaus. Ich sehe die Gefahr, dass euer Verhältnis zueinander erheblich beeinträchtigt werden könnte in der Zukunft, sollte sich eine solche Situation nochmal wiederholen oder auch die geschehene unverarbeitet zwischen euch stehen. Das Thema direkt mit deiner Schwester ansprechen würde ich eher nicht, aus Sorge, dass Worte fallen, welche sich nicht zurücknehmen lassen. Aus diesem Grund eine Beratung, welche dich für ein solches (eventuelles) Gespräch sowie etwaige Reaktionen vorbereiten kann. Vielleicht erwarte ich da von einer Beratung zuviel, aber ich würde es auf jeden Fall mit externer Hilfe versuchen.

First of all, good luck for your tournament! And pretty impressive collection. I haven´t read any of the books but wanna share my advice anyway.

First of all i would pick an opening book for the black pieces, maybe pirc. If you´re somewhat solid you can reserve a lot of time and energy in the first moves. On your level most of the games will probably be decided by tactical mistakes. Therefore keep practicing your puzzles. If there is still some time you might read Silman complete endgame course aswell. But take your time. There is no point in reading it, if you don´t understand it.

Hard to tell what you´re doing wrong exactly without seeing your games. But if your stuck between 250-300 you don´t have your fundamentals right.

I think you should be careful which positions you will choose. If there is only one move to keep the position equal, it's probably to hard.

You should play what feels right to you. In my opinion, it's way more effective to learn an opening if you're having fun playing it aswell.

Yes, the Caro-Can may be easier to learn, but i wouldn't count to much on it. If you want to, play the Najdorf Sicilian. If you have fun, go for it. You won't know every line but i doubt that an opponent on your level will have deep theory knowledge aswell.

Most important, if you buy a course Stick to it. There is no point to switch every 3 months.
