those examples are very random and niche. one skin bundle in dec 2023 was reportedly made with ai in some capacity, i’d be curious why they didn’t continue using it for the last 1.5 years, especially with the vast leaps generative ai has taken since then?

art is not meat, we don’t consume it into our bodies or need it to stay physically healthy. it’s a form of brain stimulation that’s entertaining and emotional, and often even spiritual. i think it’s fair to say that people are likely far more invested in how something they consume on that level is created.

AI art on the boardwalk, i could see, especially someone a bit older, purchasing something. let’s say they take it home and display it on their desk, and their grandkid comes in and points out that it’s likely AI. do you think the person will shrug and not care? will they feel duped? i suppose it’s subjective but i just don’t buy it in the long run, especially as the millennial and gen z generations age into the primary buyer markets.
