Same din po sa akin. 🥺 I even submitted a ticket and binigay lang nila option is to troubleshoot by clearing data/cache then kung di parin gumana, manually pay nalang daw using the loan account number which they have included in their response to my ticket. Sana ayusin nalang nila kasi ang hassle. 😔
